A "duplicate item" happens when two or more items have different names and refer to the same one.

For instance "Frederick of Hollywood" and "Frederick's of Hollywood" both refer to the same brand, but there might be two separate entries for each, This is a case of duplicate items.

How to report a duplicate item?

To report a duplicate item case, you simply add the address of any of them on the duplicate form of the other. We will recieve the notification and if it is valid, will perform a merge.

After a merge is done, no information is lost, calculations are averaged again and location addresses for both will still work, with the difference that there will only be one entry from now on.
