Panty sizes
I've never bought panties with my bras for 2 reasons: a) they are unproportionally expensive (seriously, whyyy) and b) I fear they'll be way too small!
And I must wonder: at Bravissimos 'sensational sets' for example, they have up to a size 40L, and yet their bottoms only go up to 2XL which according to Bravissimo (I called and asked) is like a UK size 18. That seems very very small to me - a 40L women would, if we go by her underbust(=waist, for the sake of simplicity) be a size 22, and if we go by her breast (and thus conclude her bottom is as curvy as her top), she'd be a size 30. If clothing size 18 is the max, then that only matches aprox. band size 36 on a relatively straight figure - if we assumed it was a perfect hourglass in an H-cup (which is aprox. their middle cup-size), she could be no larger than a 32band and be a size 18.
My bottom is as curvy as my top, so I take about a UK 24 in jeans, though in thongs I could probably do 20/22, as it's mainly my thighs that cause my size. So even though I fall about square in the middle of their band size, there aren't any panties for me
It seems once again it's the choice between full bust or plus-size: It's so rare you see both, I think, which is a shame.
Which is why I'm excited about Elomi Roxy Longline that goes up to JJ and down to 34, and matching bottom up to 4XL
How do you feel about matching panties? Have you also thought that the impressive bra size range isn't really matched by the bottoms? Do you have any specific experience with how they runs size-wise? I'd love to know! Despite the price, I do like to occasionally indulge, so I would love to have more options

I plan to buy matching panties from now on because afterwards it just bugs me if I don´t have them. I don´t share your size issue, but I´d really LOVE, if I could see somewhere if particular panties would run small, large or true to size!!
I can´t understand why don´t sellers inform about that! I know only one online store (lumingerie.fi) that does tell. Of course, one could always contact the seller I guess...
I've seen a few times that Bravissimo has 'warned' if a particular pair of briefs ran really different in size, bit I generally find that S, M, L sizing can be all over the place! If there is something I would especially like to have as a set-ish, I've opted for black (for example, with the Lola Luxe Basque) so it is easy to find a matching bottom elsewhere - so I am also glad that the first Curvy Kate Lola's will be in black(/almond) - though I'll probably give their size 20 bottoms a shot
