helpfulIt’s hard to tell from the angles of these pics, but it looks like it might actually be too big. The cups are fuller coverage on you than I would expect for this bra, the wires look like they go too far back into your armpit, and you note that the wires are too tall and the straps too far apart. Have you tried a smaller size? (30H and 30GG)

I agree that this bra looks too big. It looks like OP has been sizing up for depth. I definitely wouldn’t expect 30J to resolve any fit issues.
Also, moji0416, there’s no reason your nipples have to be in the bottom section of the cup. This bra is still covering your nipples.
I have other bras in 30H and 30GG. They are all too small.
