Bra fitting help » Gap at top with spillage in middle

There is a gap at the top of the bra where it meets the strap and it wrinkles on the sides. It gets better as the strap tightens but still exists when the strap is the tightest and is uncomfortable. It spills in the middle to the sternum. It doesn't quite touch the sternum leaving about a half and inch gap. The back of the band rides up.

helpfulThis looks like a case of the bra being too small in the cups, have you tried this bra one cup up? The fact that there is a bit of spillage and the center gore is floating are culprit symptoms.
By looking at the measurements, seems that the 34 band is OK.
There's only measurements for a sister size in this model, the 32H, so that's interesting to look at https://www.bratabase.com/compare/di7wj/ . It simply confirms that going down a band won't fit you.
