I wear 70K in EM, 30K in Curvy Kate, 30JJ in Panache, and 65O/P with reduced cups in Comexim plunges. I'd personally say you're looking in the region of 75 P/Q, 80 O/P (if you can get those).

I also wear a 30JJ in Panache Envy, fits pretty well apart from being loose in the band. I wear a 30JJ in other Panache styles (e.g. Olivia, Floris, Jasmine), 30K/32JJ in Curvy Kate balconettes, 32J in Curvy Kate half-cups.
Ewa Michalak tend to run a touch small all over, so my usual best size is 70K in S and SM bras, or 70J or 70JJ in BM bras (which are much more generous in the cups). I wear Comexim bras in a 65O with reduced cups. With your short root and soft tissue, I think reduced cups and possibly a raised gore would likely be good for you in Comexim's plunges.

IIRC, it was redesigned for SS15. I think the newer version (moulded, no inner seams) should be used in the Magenta, Aqua/Purple, and Lipstick Pink/Yellow colourways, as well as the current continuity White and Black/Gold.

Was the parcel clearly labelled (preferably like, big, permanent marker labelled) as returned goods? I'm just wondering because as returned goods, they shouldn't have received a VAT request at all. If they had to pay VAT to receive their products back, that may explain (though doesn't excuse) the refund amount.
If it was labelled as returned goods and Brastop had to pay up for it anyway, that sounds like an issue with British customs, not you. In which case, they should have refunded you fully, and instead contacted the UK Border Force with all of the details (showing who it was from, the details of the original order, the contents of the parcel, and the "returned goods" label on the parcel) to be reimbursed for the customs fees. If it was labelled correctly, I would spell that out for them, and then take it to social media if they don't sort it out. Even if it wasn't labelled correctly, they should be able to get the customs fees refunded (possibly minus a handling fee) with the rest of the evidence.
Sidenote: This is why I photograph my parcels before I send them. Proof of how it was labelled can be very valuable when things go sideways :/
