So I've been purchasing most of my stuff online, simply because I'm a cheap ...person.
So far the only 30E that has worked for me is the Tutti Rouge Sophia and Freya Hopscotch longline. Even in my Hopscotch I can't scoop completely, but it's still the best fit yet.
I know the easy solution to most ... all bra issues I have would be to just buy loads of Freya longlines in 30E and F, but I'd still like to try others.
I also noticed that in the ones that don't work, depth is 7-8.5 inches. I normally look for measurements here, but sometimes I can't find them.
I haven't tried 30F's yet because in a lot of measurements I see the depth up to 10". I need 9-9.4" tops.
Am I just doing something wrong? I am aware that unfortunately (or maybe very fortunately) most all cups run differently depth and width wise- as well as everything else, but I mean I'm having trouble with ALL the 32DD's and tons of 30E's lately except a few expensive unlined Freyas.
Moulded bras are the worst because it's as if every one I try has little depth and huge wires.
I don't really want moulded bras, but I thought I'd try some- just to knock my "shape" problem off the list of issues.
I'm having the most issues with those.
Should I just aim for 30F's in moulded bras if I can't find measurements or just pass it up? I guess I started doing this at the wrong time because I don't have much money, but if I did I'd just go right out and pick up a few bras from Nordstrom that I've been eyeing- AND already tried and I know they fit just right. Right now I'm basically selling bras to buy bras, so I've been spending like $25 tops. Also if I see a bra on here that I want to try and I can find one in a size that I think will fit- I'll buy it, but maybe this is just dumb and I should stop taking chances?
Also when you "scoop and swoop" are you supposed to gather all the tissue from under the band and sides? It looks a lot better that way in clothes. Maybe I'm trying to stuff too much in there? Lol measurement wise, it's somewhat difficult to accurately measure myself but I know I have a 30 inch underbust and 36-37 inch overbust. It's the same leaning as standing, and I believe laying as well.
Should I just stop spending and save for all of the expensive bras? I guess my problem is that I've been taking lots of risks because I want the right thing right now, and I'm HOPING I find it, but in the end it's just setting me more behind. Well, I guess I just answered my own question.
Basically this was just meant for the scoop/swoop question and rant which I will later regret.

Yes, Tutti Rouge tends to have broad wires. They also have hella tight bands.
runs_with_scissors I've got quite a thread going a few adventures down about Tutti Rouge's Liliana bra lol. The general consensus is they are known for some wide wide wide bras.
