Dyeing Bras
I'm always glad to find bras at bargain prices, so when I spotted 2 Alana bras in my size for a third of retail price, I couldn't say no. But the bras are white.
I don't like white bras. White (and nude) bras were all the color options I had for years (before learning about bra fitting and UK brands) Also I don't like how grey-ish white bras get after washing. (I always wash them separately but it still happens)
So I thought about dyeing them! I always wanted a pink Alana
What are your experiences with dyeing bras another color?
What does one need to know before doing it?
Also can I use a color that is for cotton / linen / viscose too or do I need to buy one that is specifically for lingerie?

no experience but i do recall that on previous conversations on this, people recommended some dye thats for . . . idk, nylon or something. Cotton dyes are unlikely to work on synthetic materials
Ahh I don't wanted it to sound like I hate a white bra. I actually think it can be pretty but it has not much purpose. But if I wear plain bras then I want a nude bra that is not visible under clothes.
But what I dislike the most about white bras: they don't feel clean anymore once they got that odd grey-ish look. I do my best to handwash them but... they never stay as white as they were new!!!
If only I remember who posted about dyeing here a while ago. I think someone dyed a bra green.
