Frustratingly growing more cup sizes and it doesn't stop!
When living in Belgium, I got to discover my true bra size, and I stayed then a steady 28F until I moved to the US for my studies. When arriving in the US, I gained 5 extra kilos (about 10 pounds) and have gained up to 4-5 cup sizes. I am now a 28H, bordering on a 28HH. I do eat healthily, cook my own food at home, rarely consume soft drinks, have 3-5 daily servings of veggies and fruit, and drink lots of water. But for the last 2 years since my arrival to the US, I haven't stopped gaining cups! I loved my boobs, but I feel they're taking over me. I've just had my period a week ago and my breasts feel bloated, heavy, they hurt when I touch them. However, I have no back pain whatsoever. What can I do? Is it because I stopped taking the pill since coming here? Is it the amount of preservatives in the food, however healthy I try to make it, that is to blame? Please help! I so wish I could go back to a 28F/FF! Stéphanie

Wish I knew. I found my correct bra size almost a year and a half ago, and I"m up a size. I eat pretty well too, aside from gorging on halloween candy this past month.
When I discovered my true size back then, it as a 28E.
