I got tired of ill-fitting shirts so I made my own!
I used Butterick 4985 pattern to make it. It's really great because you can make your own pattern alterations to fit a full bust or a small waist (or both!). I wish I had put just a little bit more ease in the bust area and taken in the garment just a little bit at the front midsection but otherwise this is a great shirt for me!
If you're looking for a good button-down shirt to wear to work I highly recommend making your own, especially if you use a pattern with dress cup sizes. Although this particular pattern did not have dress cup sizes, you can always make a Full Bust Adjustment and/or a small waist adjustment.

looks awesome! great job! that fabric print is SOOO cute. :)
Cool post. I can relate even though I am quite a bit "less petite" than you. I need a size 8/10 on top due to my broad shoulders and back (from years of gymnastics then weight lifting/body building) and 4 on bottom. I hate buying large tops to fit my back and having them look like clown clothes on me around my hips and butt.
