Do you always have a bra on?

I'm just wondering if you wear bras even when just at home? Or should you wear a bra all the time?

I'm curious if it makes not wearing one sag or not..

I think you should do whatever you want to do. You know what you are most comfortable with and there is no proof either way that wearing or not wearing a well fitting bra wil do any harm.

I always wear a bra except for sleeping and in the shower, but I wear a 36JJ and it is more comfortable for me to wear a bra than not. Regardless of size you may prefer to not wear a bra all of the time and that is your perogative.
I went 5 years not wearing a bra when i was younger. i no longer find it comfortable. I have some soft bras (which i wore for 20 years) that i wear on at-home days . . .except i've gotten to the point where I just feel so much better about myself wearing an underwire bra, I kinda hate wearing my old unbras. well, they are really old too tho - falling apart

so yeah, do what you want
