AP Doyenne Half-cup Ordered!
I placed my order, and went for the Sabine as I think it would make a beautiful half-cup design. After a lot of deliberation, I decided against getting it made as a longline, since Comexim manufactures the bras and I've read that Comexim's longlines tend to run shallower than the standard versions of the same bras.
I opted for a 30GG with reduced cups and an overlapping gore.
On Friday the 27th, I received an order confirmation email (I believe it's automatic). If this order takes the 3-5 weeks advertised on Anna Pardal's website, I should have the bra in hand between December 18th and January 1st.
My last order was placed on August 20th and received (partially) November 5th, so 11 weeks from the order date. Anna says they've worked out some issues with the production process since then, but I'd guesstimate that the bra may arrive closer to the end of January since the other bra in my August order hasn't yet arrived. I'm not hugely put off by this, in part because APs are the most comfortable bras I've tried, and in part because the delay on the other half of my August order was due to company error that she kindly made up for.
It feels like such a long wait! I guess I'll just have to start listing bras I no longer wear,, to fill the time!

I have Sabine in the HC Long line and love it! It is perfection. I also have the Lady Grey in the Doyenne. They are my 2 favorite cuts. :)
