Comexim email order

Have any of you had any issues hearing back from Comexim or is this typical for an international order?

I was planning on combining an order for regular Comexims with an order for a friend who wanted customizations, so I emailed them directly (with the Polish translation help of the gracious martka00) asking if the alterations were something they could do and how much the combined order would run to. I heard back from Joanna, and a week later Anna, neither of whom knew that the other had emailed me. Joanna asked for specifications and then never again replied. Anna told me that the alterations wouldn't be a problem and gave me a quote for just the customized bras with instructions to send the total to their PayPal. I reminded her that I wanted to order several unaltered bras as well but got no further response, so I eventually gave up and PayPal-ed them my best guess as to how much the full order would cost.

That was November 5th, four weeks ago, which is especially frustrating since I initially started emailing them two weeks before that. I realized after the fact that I had contacted them shortly before they came out with the updates to their site and collection, but I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement of payment, let alone an order number. I would email them again, but considering that out of the four emails I've sent so far they've only responded to one, I'm not at all confident that I'll hear back. Should I just be patient a while longer, or...?

  • They have a new email that they're using. Make sure you send your message to the correct one and put the subject line in Polish (English can sometimes filter out as spam). Anna should get back to you about the status of your order. Just say that you paid X amount for Y product from whatever your paypal address is on a certain date and you would like to know your order status. When I paid them directly through paypal for a custom order, I didn't receive any updates either until I followed up.

  • I got replies from sklep@comexim.pl and comexim@comexim.pl. I think I used Sklep first; should I use Comexim instead?
