How do EM panties run? I ordered a thong in a 40 for my 39 inch/99cm hips and I was wondering if this was the right choice? It should fit but if EM panties typically run small or large I want to get a chance to email them for a change before it's really too late.

I ordered 42 and have 42in hips and they were a teeny bit loose on me. Depending on your shape and fit preferences, the 40 may work on you.
I have 38" hips and I usually order 36s. I can sometimes wear 38s comfortably as well.
Ewa's panties are more or less true to size. A 36 is a UK 8 which is a US 4 which is a S, my typical size in US underwear.
