Bra Fitting vs Shoe Fitting: Compare and Contrast
Over the past two years I have slowly discovered that there are a lot of parallels between bra fitting and shoe fitting. If you feel that your "matrix size" shoes fit just as badly as your "matrix size" bras, have a look at my info dense post on how bra fitting and shoe fitting relate to each other.

I find this interesting, because long before I got into bra fitting, I found a rare gem of a shoe store. I'd been wearing size 8- 8.5 regular width shoes with a lot of discomfort since puberty. The shop owner measured my feet as a women's size 6.5 with a 2A (narrow) foot and 4A (super narrow) heel.
I usually size up to a size 7 or 7.5 to give my toes some wiggle room, and prevent the top of my foot from getting squished, but I look for narrower shoes, now. It helps a lot. Lol I think I'm just narrow everywhere but my hips!
In short, I also find bra fitting is really similar to shoe fitting.
That was a fun read!
