EM Syrena says that it's out of stock, awaiting delivery instead of the 21 day work time normally listed and that's what my order says too. Does this mean that it's going to take more than 21 days for them to make and ship my bra?

No, they're just not currently taking more orders for it.
Don't forget, it's 21 business days. So with the holidays and weekends it'll actually be closer to 33 days or so before they ship it.
I figured it would take longer with the holidays. Thanks for explaining it. It's my first time ordering anything from her and I've heard so many stories about people waiting months so I was worried that would be me. :)
