The French bras saga continues
Some adventures (see: http://bra.pe/ACj1/ ) turn into bra soap operas. One parcel arrived, however, by mistake I was sent the same bra twice in two different sizes, instead of a bra I actually ordered. There are good news and bad news about this parcel. The good: it arrived pretty quick and for most bras I got the sizing right - yeeey for that! The bad: they sent a bra I did not order instead of a bra I ordered. I ordered two Empreinte styles, but they sent me the very same style in two different sizes and neither fits. Those two will go to listings, as the international return&shipping scheme is time consuming and cost prohibitive for me, not to mention the possible further surprises I could encounter.
And now about the other parcel: I placed the order on 04 January and was given a tracking number. The tracking info was pretty confusing: parcel sent, sorting error, re-shipped and finally sitting in one sorting place for a couple of days. Today I received a partial refund and a new invoice with the same tracking number I had before. They amended the invoice, as one bra is not available and I got refunded for it. In the meantime I track my Colissimo parcel and its still on Plate-form Est, sitting there for four days now.
I know, I know - why would things be easy if they can be complicated?

Colissimo SUCKS DONKEY BALLS. I'm sorry to say that but it is true.
If you still have the tags on for the bra sent to you in error, and the seller was Les P'tits Caprices, you can mail it back to them with a firmly worded note and they will refund you everything (including shipping) as it was their error. They really do have good customer service in that regard, I think they just have put someone's feckless pothead nephew in charge of packing and shipping and that is why there have been errors. I also was sent completely the wrong bra in one of my last shipments. I mailed it back and told them I expected a full refund including the cost of shipping it back, and they cooperated.
No, it wasn't them sending the wrong bra wendybien , but an e-bay seller. I am not sure yet if I'm gonna bother with the shipping back thing. Might just try to sell the bras. But Les P'tits Caprices are the ones using Colissimo - the parcel that has been docked at Plate-forme Est.
