After Wearing my Comexims...
So I've got quite a few Comexims that fit well, and I've been wearing them almost exclusively for about a month now. Today I decided to wear one of my favorite bras from before I tried Comexim or other Polish bras, my Freya Deco Rebel. While it's not a bad fit, it just doesn't feel nearly as nice as Comexim. I'm sure this partially has to do with the moulded cups since they can't conform to your shape as nicely as bras that aren't moulded. The gore also feels a bit too wide and it feels a bit stabby, the wires also feel a smidge too wide. I will probably keep some of my Decos around for instances when I need a seamless cup, but I don't think I will be going back to using them for daily wear.
When I first joined Bratabase, I never thought I would wear any bra that wasn't a moulded cup having worn moulded cups for as long as I can remember. I know I was told many times how you just can't get as good of a fit in a moulded cup as you can in other bras, and just kind of brushed it off since I didn't have much interest in anything else, but I did try other styles including unlined Cleos to try to get an idea of my shape and in hopes of a nice lightweight summer bra. Well, I'm not a fan of unlined Cleos, the shape they provide isn't for me.
I would like to find an unlined bra that gives shape I like because I think it would be great for me since I work outside all summer and would like a more breathable bra. I'm open to suggestions of unlined bras that give a round shape, but don't take away so much from the sides like Cleos do.

After much trial and error I found the's unlined bras gave me my ideal shape. Round and minimized.
Each has their own pros and cons.
CLEO Marcie - gore width, and low cut sides irritated me
Tutti Rouge Fifi - I would love to try this one again I think it was a sizing issue wires too narrow and straps falling down (inconsistent sizing)
Claudette DESSOUS - inconsistent sizing and fit between seasons.
Ewa Michalak - wait time!
I think I tried a Marcie and sold it before I ever entered it here. I will look into the others though.
