Before discovering I was a 30GG, I wore Wacoal or Lilyette minimizers in 34DDD. I wore the wrong size for about 25 years, ugh! Now I am bra obsessed and have no desire to "minimize" (ie, squish and flatten) my boobs again!
At every US retailer that I went to, size 34DDD was the smallest band and largest cup size I could find. It wasn't until 2 years ago while looking for a cup-sized bikini top online that I stumbled upon Freya and Panache. Thank goodness!
I still have to purchase all of my bras online. Even the Nordstrom, which is about 50 minutes away, doesn't carry small band-large cup bras (maybe once in a while they will have a 30G or a 30FF).
