Huh? But the band size thats not +4 is the one thats your actual bust size. Its not vanity, its just a lot more consistent to use the actual measurement instead of an estimated calculation?
I am not convinced that vanity has anything to do with bra sizing. Different manufacturers, different sizes - no need to overcomplicate things.
