DKNY Signature Lace 45128. While shopping at Amazon for myself, I shopped for you using your specs. Most of these are DD max, but you may want to look at the following:
Natore Fatale 736053-137, Cosabella Trenta TRENT 1191, Panache Clara, Heidi Klum, H20-1339, Panache Idina 6961. Hope this helps. Low gors limits things a lot.
