ewa michalak refunds...
so i just got this email:
Hello,
We sent you a refund on December 22th, but you haven't accepted it, so PayPal put the amount back on our account after a month of waiting. Will you be soon placing a new order or should we send the money back to you again?

what the hell does this mean? i've never had to "accept" a refund before? i wrote and told her to send the money again, but then what do i do??? this is so weird...

If you receive a paypal payment in a currency different to your local currency, you have to log in to confirm you want to accept the payment. So if you're in the US and usually pay for things with dollars, and Ewa refunds you in Polish zloty, paypal flags the difference in currency and wants to check it's correct.
thankfully they responded fast and now it's taken care of, phew. never doing that again, haha.
