I would love some advice, ladies! 
I'm helping my sister find a bra, and I think she would work well with an Ewa bra, considering their shapes. Her measurements are:
Underbust: 41" snug (maybe slightly less)
Bust: 51" standing, 52" leaning, 50" laying down
She has a bit of padding, however, and at this point has been preferring to wear 38 bands (though I wonder about this, I think they only work because they are pretty worn). I think a CHP or S style will work best for her. She will be trying some 38HH and 40H, the 38 because she insists she would like to (and also I am not sure I measured as snugly as possible).
Any suggestions for what size to order in an Ewa?

I would get a 40 band in Ewa. They run super tight. My mom is about those measurements and a 42 band was nearly suffocating her. She also doesn't have much padding to be compressed, though.
Ditto on the super tight bands. I would opt for a 40 and 42 if she's not sure about the band, but I think the 40 will be the better fit. The 38 will almost definitely be too tight. My measurements are 37" just snug and the 36 Stalowka PL was SO TIGHT I could barely hook it with an extender to try it on. Most 36 bands I can wear just fine on the loosest hook right away. Granted, the Ewa has stretched to where I can comfortably (but definitely snugly) wear it on the loosest hook, it took a week or 2 of wearing with the extender to get to this point.
