PMS

Friday night I ran on the treadmill in my new running shoes (!) and 32D - Shock Absorber » Ultimate Run Bra (S5044) . I've known for a while now that I need to get a new one in 30D, but it worked, like usual. Saturday was spent in my 30DD - Comexim » Elena Biustonosz (315) , and after a beerfest and club, I crawled into bed braless. I woke up at 5am with boob pain severe enough I got up, put the Shock Absorber on, and moved to the couch to complain via messenger to my sisters - who also happened to be awake for weird reasons. Sunday was miserable. I ended up putting on the Elena with the Shock Absorber over it. Touching them was out of the question, and at the gym I ended up skipping lifting and running altogether to just walk. Slowly. 3 Advil to take the edge off to sleep, and this morning seems a little better.

I get PMS, but it isn't usually this bad breast-pain-wise. Everything feels normal otherwise, and of course I'm going to call my doctor if it continues/gets worse, but any suggestions on bra solutions?

(Edited for grammar, sorry! Lol)

  • My breasts react to caffiene. Have brewers started adding caffeine to beer? Hope they feel better soon! I've read magnesium helps metabolize caffeine...

  • So . . . you ever have those moments where you go, "I know I'm smart, but #$%& I'm stupid."?

I already have to go minimal gluten and beef free for a week every month. Guess what most beers have a ton of? (Hint: it ain't beef.) I absolutely wasn't thinking about it.

If I have to add caffeine to that list, I may cry. I don't think brewers have started adding it to beer, but I do know that coffee stouts usually involve coffee beans.
