Ewa Bien's customer service finally got back to me-and in English! I've had to ask for further communication but it's a step in the right direction. I'll keep y'all updated as things progress (or don't). The things we go to for cute bras!

Should add, so far she's quoted me at 200 zl-only 5 dollars more than I was expecting to pay. So shipping's not too out of the park.
