Zulily...
I was excited to open my Parfait Delphine from Zulily this morning... but when i was adjusting the strap, i noticed there was something weird, sticky on it. I went to peel it off and realized it was masking tape... and the strap was completely broken underneath! Not even hanging on by a string, it was broken and someone tried to fix it with tape and ship it to me as if i wouldn't notice! I'm livid...

Oh wow! Contact them immediately. Looks like someone sent in a defective refund and it got sent to you :( Hopefully they ship you out a new one free of cost.
Zulily is pretty good at refunding when there are issues with orders (broken, wrong size shipped, etc). They will send you a new one if they have one available, otherwise they'll just issue a refund.
