EM Mleczny strapless
I really want to try strapless bra as I believe this is the type of bra that each of us should have in our wardrobe for special occasions.
My usual EM size is 70DD, so when choosing strapless should I go band up and cup down? or should I stay with my usual size? I dont want it to be too tight but obviously dont want it to be loose as well.. any suggestions?

With a strapless I think it's better to err on the side of tight. If it's too tight you can always use an extender. I have a Toffi, and I stuck with a 65E: http://bra.pe/XRXg/
