Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who is having major back fat issues? What bras have a nice wide band, without crappy rigid elastic that digs in? I'm only a size 10, but lately I'm finding that I always end up with obvious bulges on my back no matter what size I'm wearing - a lot of bras designed for D+ breasts clearly still don't have soft bodied women in mind (narrow bands, bands that sit weirdly high, etc). It's incredibly frustrating.

I did go to the supposedly good bra fitters in my area about this. One told me 'it's supposed to look like that' and tried to talk me into buying a bra that was actively hurting me; the other offered me ye old full coverage granny bras. Not cool.

some level of roll is always going to be present if you have one, imo. Bands are meant to be stretchy and it's gonna have that result. But Comexim might be great for you, you can order with 3 hooks if you wanted or as a longline.

  • curious what bras/sizes you have? i guess I wear my clothing loose, or i'm just oblivious, as I never really notice 'back fat', tho i'm sure its there. Obviously if a bra is uncomfortable, you shouldnt wear it, but it can be hard to completely hide the fact that you are wearing a bra under your clothing. Like when the straps show under sleeveless shirts on the summer - everyone knows you are wearing a bra, its not really a bit deal.
