Anyone else from the US had problems with Figleaves returns? My package was marked delivered to their US returns address 20 days ago (!) and I haven't gotten even an email confirming my return. Last time I emailed them they told me it would take up to 10 days to get back to the UK, just emailed them for the 2nd time. I've got $70 tied up in this so if they won't refund me I guess I'll file a paypal case

so presumably, if you ordered from the UK website and mailed it to the US returns address, it has to be sent back to the UK before being processed. I imagine this would take some time. "10 days" to get to the UK probably means 10 business days (which seems like a low estimate), and that doesn't include the time it takes them to actually look at the package and make sure everything is fine. I would wait a bit longer before filing a case.
So they emailed back saying my exchange is on its way... I guess they don't send confirmation emails for returns being processed? That seems weird.
