International shipping from the US
I know this topic has been addressed before, but I heard from a fellow user that she was not able to use PayPal shipping from the US. From your experiences, which is currently the cheapest way to ship with tracking? Help much appreciated.
Edit: The destination country is Croatia.

I'm pretty sure USPS doesn't do international tracking anymore. For some countries, you can use the customs number to kinda sorta track, but thats about it. I thought paypal was the only way to get tracking internationally (but still limited in country choices).
I think it will still work if both parties exchange a penny through PayPal payment where it automatically provides the shipping address. And it's not available on usps.com anymore either. But it better news the calculator on usps actually overestimated the cost on the last three international packaged I shipped by about half again as much so that was a nice surprise at the post office.
