For those with older Comexims, how do they hold up over time? Asking hypothetically...it's not like I have any plans to wear my new Elena almost every day until my new Ewas get here...okay maybe I am. Wearing it for a few days straight isn't going to be the end of the world, is it?

Comexim bands stretch out really quickly. I wear a 65 at Ewa and am mostly still on loosest or second eyes with all of them.
My Comexim 65s are middle or last set. Some of them will be too loose soon, and I have a large rotation so they're getting loose with little wear.
I'll be ordering 60s from now on from them just to get a better life out of them.
I've found that all of my Comexim bands (without lace) have stretched out pretty quickly and the cups of the plunges tended to crease (which is more of a fit than quality issue). So no, I wouldn't really recommend wearing it every day.
