Foam Boob Warmers

This morning I put on a contour bra. Later I went out into a lovely sunny day approaching 80. I soon began to regret my bra choice. I began to "glow", particularly my breasts. Time to shove the foam lined bras to the back of the drawer and move the unlined ones to the front. Anyone else have this problem? And I wonder about spacer bras. I've never tried one. Aren't they also foam bras (albeit with thinner foam) that trap warmth against the skin?

  • I think they use a different kind of foam that's supposed to be more breathable but I can't imagine it being as effective as an unlined bra.

  • I have a Fantasie Rebecca bra that has spacer foam cups. I don't know if all of the spacer foam bras are like this, but if I hold the bra up to the light, I can see the light through the cups. I can actually see the pattern of my lampshade through the cups. I used to wear it a lot for yard work in the Summer and it was fairly comfortable for that.
