Try their Facebook page. I've messaged them there before and got a response.
how long has it been since you emailed? if its only a day or two, it might just be that they are a smaller business and need a bit of time. but if its been a week or so, it might be their emails having issues. the last time i tried contacting them, it took ages for them to get back to me. multiple emails, facebook messages, you name it! turns out, their email system was having major problems so they werent seeing any of the ones i sent, and only after nagging them on facebook did they realize i had been trying to contact them. so i would go that route! they got my issue all sorted out once we finally got in contact.
