Being in between sizes?
I measure 33-34inch underbust. (32inch breaking the tape - tight) My 34L - Bravissimo » Urban Rose (LN260) feels too tight though, I need to wear it with an extender to "break it in". On the other side I have 36KK - Bravissimo » Alana (AU01) which is too big in band, I need to wear it on the tightest setting and it still rides up sometimes. At first I though it is some inconstistent sizing. But I own 3 34L Bravissimo bras that all have very tight bands, and 2 36KKs that have too big bands.
The same with 36K - Elomi » Caitlyn Underwire Side Support (8030) feels a bit too big in band, the 34K - Elomi » Caitlyn Underwire Side Support (8030) feels a tiny bit too tight...
Weirldy my old 34K - Panache » Floris Balconnet Bra (7311) always felt too big in a 34 band.
I wear all my 36 bands on tightest setting which is to be expected with a 34inch underbust, but need often an extender for my 34 bands. Why is that so? Is it normal to be between 2 band sizes?

I'm between sizes too-my comfortable snug underbust is 28.5 so an ideal band would 29. I can't really help with the whole 36's are too big but 34's are too tight debacle. All I can add is that I would look for 36's that ran an inch tight so it would be around a 35 stretched instead of 36, or a 34 that ran loose: 35 instead of 34.
I feel like its not in between sizes as much as there's no f'ing way to successfully hold up these ridiculously large boobs. If its tight enough to to hurt, the wires get distorted, but if its not tight enough to hurt, the band slips. I have so many different bras with different tensions, but its like this with all of them.
I was recently googling again about breast growth in menopause and found a little blog entry by a woman who had at first been excited that her boobs were getting bigger, but then her clothes stopped fitting and she started looking awkward and finally she had a reduction - in her 50s. And part of me longed to have boobs that arent so ridiculous.
Sorry, thats probably not helpful. But its whats been on my mind.
