English vs Metric and +0 sizing
O.k., I never really gave this much thought until recently. I measure comfortably 33" and BTT 31.5" and wear a 34B usually (sometimes 32C). A 34B is the same labeled size as a 75B correct? But 34 inches does not equal 75 cm. If I wear to go the other way and measure in metric I would be ~84 cm and using the same logic as when measuring in English units that would put me in a 85 band. TWO band sizes larger or a 38. This makes my head hurt and I minored in math. Is the +0 only intended for metric measurements?

I'm not sure the reasoning behind it, but if you subtract 4 inches from your band size then convert to cm, you get your EU band size. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that US/UK sizes used to use a +4 method? I really have no idea though lol
French band sizes however are approximately just a conversion of your band size from cm to in if you round up to the nearest 5. So 34 inches is about 86cm which rounds up to 90, so in French sizes its a 90 band (which makes a little more sense)
So English sizing is +0 and Metric is -4 ? IDK, I don't measure or shop for EU size bras. What do others that shop primarily for EU sizes do? How do they handle their measurements?
