Can I get your guys' opinion on something? I bought my 30F - Freya » Parade Multi Plunge Balcony Bra (1791) at the end of last October, and it hasn't held up well at all. There's popped elastic on the band and the straps. I'm so bummed, this isn't the quality I was expecting at all. My last Freya lasted over 2 years with no issues and I even machine washed it. I've handwashed this bra and babied it and it's falling apart already. I bought it through Amazon, should I reach out to them and see if they would be willing to work with me? A bra bought less than 6 months ago and only worn once or twice a week and handwashed should not be in this condition, especially coming from a seemingly reputable brand like Freya. I want to wear it but now I'm afraid to because I don't want to make the condition of it any worse.

  • I don't see any trouble with just contacting them, letting them know the issue and asking.
They might say no, but they might always say yes also.

On another note, sorry about your bra.
    That's really unfortunate.:(
I wonder if it's something with the model or if you just got a fragile one.

I've had a bunch of Freyas and all mine have held up wonderfully as well. The Parade is so cute too :(
If you do contact them, good luck! I don't really know anything about Amazon returns despite working there 3 times haha but hopefully something can be done for you.

  • Thanks. I'm going to contact them now and take pictures of the problem as proof. The Parade would have been such a perfect bra for summer too. Worst comes to worst, I only spent 16 dollars so it wouldn't have been too expensive a mistake to make.
