Amazon can't do anything about this defective Freya Parade. I wonder if I could contact Freya directly and tell them their bra is a piece of crap and I'm disappointed. I'll let everyone know what happens: I'm on the warpath.

  • I think you should, especially if you've been a customer for a while. This is something they need to know, and they may be able to do something about. Good luck!

  • Did you call Amazon? They are usually really good about replacing defective merchandise forcing the seller to send a new one and taking the return . I know I sell on Amazon it's pretty much out of our hands when a customer has an issue .

    Just read your other post , don't think after this long ..hopefully freya will but it's mass market stuff. I have panache bras about similar age falling apart not well made at all . My envy has the wire poke out after a month and only a few wearing . I bought at a shop in town boo no returns because it was worn . No response from panache so I fixed myself but probably will never shop that store nor buy panache full price again too bad hopefully you have better luck .
