Amazon can't do anything about this defective Freya Parade. I wonder if I could contact Freya directly and tell them their bra is a piece of crap and I'm disappointed. I'll let everyone know what happens: I'm on the warpath.

I think you should, especially if you've been a customer for a while. This is something they need to know, and they may be able to do something about. Good luck!
Did you call Amazon? They are usually really good about replacing defective merchandise forcing the seller to send a new one and taking the return . I know I sell on Amazon it's pretty much out of our hands when a customer has an issue .
Just read your other post , don't think after this long ..hopefully freya will but it's mass market stuff. I have panache bras about similar age falling apart not well made at all . My envy has the wire poke out after a month and only a few wearing . I bought at a shop in town boo no returns because it was worn . No response from panache so I fixed myself but probably will never shop that store nor buy panache full price again too bad hopefully you have better luck .
