Finally Measured my Mom and...
I've been trying to get my mom to measure herself forever, and she hadn't been able to find her measuring tape. I was visiting tonight and happened to have one in my purse from when I boyfriend was using it to measure something he was working on at my aunts house the other day.
I measured her underbust and let her do the rest. She did standing, leaning, and laying as well as perimeter. To my surprise and hers, we have nearly identical measurements. We both thought she would be slightly larger. However, I'm 5'5 and she's just uner 5'2"". I knew that height could play into how proportions look, but until you see it with you own eyes in person you don't realize how much. Needless to say this was quite a learning experience. I still can't believe how close our measurements are either.
