Comexim wire length question + size suggestion

Does the length of the wires get reduced if you get a reduced cup?
Does Comexim reduced the cup on 3hc?
I have: an unaltered 65F (Eris) and it fits okay, an unaltered (afaik) 70f that fits okay, a 65F Ingrid with reduced cups which gives me slight quadding but I like how low the cup is, a 65F tropical garden which is too small, and a 65F mystic, which is a half padded half cup, and also a hair too small.

What size should I get for the burgundy half cup (it's pictured as 2 seamed do I need to tell them that's how I want it?) **going based on the measurements I would need a 65G (same width/depth as my CHP Colette 65DD) BUT the length of the wire is 1.3" longer. The wire lengt that I need is for the 65F. So should I get the 65F or 65G?

What size should I get in the Comexim basic black? I think I would like to order it with reduced cups.

  • 1. My plunge wire length has not yet been reduced with "reduced cup." However, I have ordered only four with reduced cup height.
    2. There is one report of a reduced 3HC. In a few weeks, I hope to report a second reduced 3HC (I asked for a 3HC height reduction).
    3. You *could* ask them to use the 65F wire in the 65G half cup...
    4. Basic Black I've heard runs a bit small as does the biscuit color--65G

  • @dressthetwins I think I need the width of the 65G, but the length of 65F (unless the length is exaggerated in the measurements. Does it sound right that a size up = 1.3 inches taller?
Actually, I think I may be okay, because when I was looking at the other sizes there was 9.5 length for the wires (I think it was 65G, 65H and 65HH
