Wire questions:
I like a firm wire, like in Panache brands. I like to pull my bands tight and I don't like the wires to deform and stretch backwards towards my ribs. For this reason I've basically given up Elomi which has very soft flexible wires. I'm interested in trying other brands, like Curvy Kate and Ewa Michalak, but not if they have soft wires. Can anyone elaborate on wire firmness in these brands? I wear a 40H/HH/38J in Panache for reference.

I wear Ewa and am close to your size. The S cut and the PL have firm wires. The S cut band fits firmer than the PL which you might prefer if you don't want too much stretch in the band. Check my profile as I measured them all.
