Is there a way to edit a bra name instead of having to add a new bra?

I recently sold my Asos bikini and realized that I entered the wrong name in--basically the "curve" line is for "plus size" bikinis and this was just listed as "fuller bust".
Which of course explains why mine was also in no way a "longline".

I clicked "edit" on the bra which has been shipped out and transferred already, and it just added another bra instead of updating the information of the previous bra.
Is there any way that I can just update the info ?
I guess it isn't a big deal, it just bugs me to have input the wrong information xD
I'd be willing to re-upload photos and type in the data again, but seeing as I've already transferred it I don't really know what would be the best thing to do.

  • I think that what you want is to change the name of the model of your bra (not your bra specifially). When you add a bra it is linked to a bra model, like Deco, Marcie (and also to a size but that's not relevant here).

I think this is what happened. When you added the bra, the model for it was not on the site so you created it and proceeded to add your bra for this new model.

Now you notice that the model you created is wrongly named and when you go to edit your bra, and you cannot change the name of the bra model you previously created. You can change your bra's model but not edit a model.

If that's true, then there's a couple of things you can do. At the bottom of each bra model page there's a "Suggest changes" link in gray, with that you can send us a notification that something about that model needs correction, on this case, the name, and we can take action.

Another option is for you to edit your bra and create a new model again, with the right name and have your bra under the right model. Notice you aren't changing the old incorrect entry but making a new one. Later, for tidiness sake, you go to the bra model page of the old model entry you created and at the bottom there's a link "Report duplicate" where you can paste the link of the new model you just created. That will send us a notification where we can join both together.

In both cases your bra and the new owner's entry will be corrected.
