Asos Returns

Does anyone know if you have to return products in the bag/packaging they were shipped in? Or can you pack it in anything other than a priority mailer?

My bf got really excited to see what I got and tore the package open lol I probably should have mentioned that it may have to be returned, but I actually wasn't too worried. It ended up being too far apart in the cups unfortunately. :(

So, the bag is pretty much not going to work. Lol
On it, it says there is something inside to re-seal it if you need to make a return. Also looked online and it says to remove any previous labels or tape? So idk if that means not to try taping it up. But it'd be pretty sloppy if I did that anyway. xD

Any ideas? Has anyone else sent anything back in something other than the original packaging? I can't imagine that this is a rare occurrence though xD

  • I always just turn those plastic mailers inside out so there's no need to cover/remove anything, then just tape them shut. Handy hint: save all of those you get and you can re-use them (inside out) to mail bras you sell.

  • Make sure you enclose the returns form they gave you and fill it out, and then stick it in a padded envelope and use the label. It should seriously be fine, I wouldn't worry about it at all.
