Where to order from?!?!?

Ok so I'm desperately in need of some new bras!!! I currently only have an Elena that fits and a 3HC Sonia that seems to fit when it wants. No one seems to be selling altered Comexim in my size range (I don't blame you they're hard to find) so thinking I'm going to have to order. But who or where is the easiest to order from. I've ordered direct from Comexim in the past but alteration request got lost in translation. I wish they'd start making a bra that comes pre-altered with reduced cup, gore and straps moved in.

So where do you order your bras from? I know several sites carry them but are they in stock or do they order them directly from Comexim anyway?

Thanks and have a great day😊😊😊😊😊

  • I order both direct and through retailers if they have an exclusive or something like that. If you'd like to try a retailer like BraObsessed (Canada) or Zathiya (US), you could see what they have in stock. If they don't have your size or any Comexim with your customizations in stock, then they will order your bras for you. There is a slight upcharge, but Jaimie (bra obsessed) will accept returns even on altered bras. I believe Zathiya has a policy that prohibits returns on customized bras. But if you were looking for an EM (because they do not customize), it doesn't cost much more through Zathiya and if it's in stock, you'll have it in a few days versus a month or more. And if the bra is not altered, they will pay for one return/exchange per order along with free shipping for orders over $100 (for most places in the US). It's worth checking into; you never know if they have what you need. Oh, and Erica at Sophisticated Pair is also US based and accepts returns on customized bras. She may have something in stock from Comexim or AP. As of now, she doesn't carry EM but I've heard she's looking into adding the line eventually. If all this fails, it might be best to order direct, since it's more affordable and you'd have to wait anyway, if none of the retailers have what you need in stock. It would actually be quicker to order yourself since you'd cut out that additional wait time for the bras to get to the retailers and then sent to you from there. Hope this helps in some way. Best of luck to you! :)

  • Jaimie at Bra Obsessed! She'll do all of the communicating for you, plus she'll accept returns if it doesn't fit. Easy as pie. Her prices are in CAD instead of USD, so they're not as expensive as they look at first glance.

She also uses Bratabase herself, so she is fluent in all of our bra-speak. ;)
