Help! My nice Ewa SM bras all of a sudden don't seem to fit so great anymore. After a few hours of wearing them, the cups fit weirdly, sort of the 7 upside down shape I think? The top of the cups don't really cut in, but my boobs seem to move up in the cups or something, and the top of my boobs take on this weird flat shape from the side. When I hoist up the cups, the fit goes back to normal for a while. I thought I noticed something like this before, but not as pronounced as it is now.
So now I have questions!
What generally causes the upside down 7 shape? Could it be a size thing (my boobs are big this week)? Or is the upside down 7 thing a shape mismatch? I think I've read somewhere that FoT boobs can sometimes get this shape in the wrong type of bra? I don't think I'm super FoT, but I do have some upper fulness (but my roots are short, doesn't that make my boobs functionally FoB?).
I do notice that my nipples are a little below the horizontal seam, so maybe I'm more FoT than I think?
I think the bra has enough projection for me, and the wires do not slide down at all, so that's probably not it.
Anyone any insights?

So if the wires aren't sliding down, what are you doing when you say "hoist up the cups?" To me that plus "my boobs move up in the cup" implies the wires are sliding down & by pulling the cups back up you're placing the bra back in your IMF where it belongs. Which would mean the cups don't have enough immediate projection. Which could cause an upside down 7 shape.
What I mean is the under wires stay firmly in my IMF, but something happens in the way my boobs are distributed in the cups I think? That's the best way I can describe it. With hoisting up I mean I grab the top part and pull the cup fabric up, without moving the underwire. Alternatively, you could say I am shaking my boobs down in the cups I guess... It's weird!
