Faaaauve whyyy
Just bought three different Fauve halfcups in 30D- Marla, Lavinia, and Isla. (I'll be adding them later tonight.) They all fit differently. Marla's good, Lavinia runs a cup large = bad, and Isla is ok, just too average width/projection for me. (I need shallow/wide.)
Marla has soft wires (great!), Lavinia and Isla have hard wires (nooooo ouch).
I need to take all the bands in. But I expected that.
So I guess what I really need is to find where to get soft bra wires and swap them all in. And maybe sew a dart in the cup of the Lavinia. It's a green/black bra- I'm not letting go of that so easily!

I can share your frustration, sort-of! I just bought three gorgeous Fauve padded half-cups (Lavinia, Emmanuelle and Maya), at bargain prices, thinking they would fit just like my Freya half-cups, but sadly no!
I have the opposite problem, in that they are all too wide and shallow for me. But yes, the sizing and fit is definitely inconsistent between the styles!
I hate being reminded that sister cut doesn't mean identical cut. I have five Fauve halfcups now (plus another that's a single vertical seam), and they're all different in terms of depth and width (and wires, which adds yet another dimension!).
I love them all, they're beautiful, but I wish they were a little less work in making them fit me!
