I've had that happen! I thought I was buying a Patsy half cup, but the picture showed the Patsy plunge balcony. Unfortunately, the bra matched the picture rather than the description. Like you, I was thankful that it was returnable.
I've had that happen too, only mine was a bra purchase from a reddit user. Hope it works out. :)
