Edit: It's got the stretchy evil straps of doom.That's what I was afraid of. Also the band feels like it might run true to size/big for once.
Edit to my edit: Big. Stretches to 30.5 when I measured real quick. It's super cute though and that's why I'm gonna keep it-straps be damned.
