Mis-sized bra?

What are we supposed to do with measurements here if we suspect a bra is mis-sized but the labels indicate the size ordered. I bought a 28E Cleo Kayla, and the cup depth is 10 inches with a cup width of 5.2 inches. To me, this seems like much more of a 28FF. I'm going to return it, but I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience either with that model (does it just run huge?) or with doing measurement for a bra way outside of normal.

  • That definitely sounds like a bra my size (32F) which would be cup sizes too big for you. I don't know how to proceed though.

  • Wow, 10" cup depth in a 28E? I believe the database would benefit from your entering the measurements. That way other people know mislabeling happens with this bra. If you wanted to go one step further, you may want to contact the manufacturer so they know they have a production line problem.
