Has anyone heard of the polish brand Hamana?
They appear to do roughly EU 65 D-G, 70-85 C-G, 90 C-F, 95 C-E (UK 30 D-F, 32-38 C-F, 40 C-E, 42 C-E).
I'm out of their range right now, otherwise I might try their bras as they're only around 30 - 110 zloty ($8-$28 / £6-£21)

Hmmm...I think I might have to try them out. For science. Not because I'm addicted to Polish lingerie or any thing like that.
Edit: Ugh they only ship to Poland for now. You'd have to email them to see if they'd ship to your country and it'll probably be an arm and a leg.
I think I ordered this brand on German amazon a while ago. I had an unpadded balconette and a padded HC, both were a bit uncomfortable in the armpit and the padded one also gaped a bit on top.
