Swimsuits for tall girls

I'm trying to buy a swimsuit for the first time in years, and I'm finding they all come up too short, so that they don't cover the tops of my breasts.

I've tried Panache Portofino, Bravissimo Milano, and Narooma by Zoggs (also from Bravissimo), and had the exact same issue in all of them, even when I sized up.

I have plenty of bikinis, so it's not a matter of getting the breast part to fit. I want to start swimming, which is why I'm looking for a full swimsuit now (not strapless, not halter, and preferably not padded).

Does anyone have any suggestions for swimsuits that are known to suit taller women? (Besides the obvious one, which is: tankini).

Thanks

  • Hi! I used to swim a lot, and with my 32G cups, i was only wearing regulat sport swimsuits, not the ones specifically made for large breast.
I recommend Speedo and Tyr (avoid Nike). They come in regulat or long lenghts. For sizing, you MUST choose the tightest swimsuit you can fit it. When trying, remember that it will not feel as tight under the water.
When choosing the right size (32 =S, 34=M, 36 =M/L, etc.), you breast will be compresed and not move that much. And there is not much bouncing in the water.
Some swimsuits are better for large breast, especially the ones with wider straps, they usually offer more coverage under the arm.

    Hope it helps!

  • I have a long torso and 32j so I'm wondering about this too. Currently I'm wearing a black milk two piece (high neck) with EM bikini underneath. I am wondering if a long torso speedo type swimsuit would pull my boobs downward? I find the feeling disturbing and sometimes painful. I'm considering wearing an enell, but it would be so obvious. Following for ideas!
