ABTF - finally! One week later...
After 1 week in a bra that fits, I think - *think* that my breasts are already changing shape. I didn't think that this would happen this fast. It's like when I scoop and swoop there isn't as much to 'pull' in - it's already there - if that makes sense.
I went from a 32B to a 30D. I used to wear a wireless Body by Victoria bra. With that bra, the gore didn't tack, and my tissue was squished - flattened rather. When I first started wearing a bra that fits, I pulled in a lot of the tissue that seemed squished to the side - I had much more outer fullness, so there was a lot to move, pull, etc. And once I scooped and swooped it would stay there. I didn't have to adjust, etc. throughout the day. Win!
One week later, I could swear that my tissue has shifted. I'm getting more inner fullness now. and my breasts seem to fit that much more comfortable after scooping and swooping. Sometimes I feel like my bra needs to be adjusted but I think it's because I'm not used to wearing a bra that fits. Today I was looking in the mirror and thought, hmm, my boobs look like that? I'm not used to them looking more projected - another benefit of a bra that fits.
I do think that they're becoming more projected, yay! I am hoping that some of the tissue in my arm pit will shift too. I get awful hormonal cysts in my right armpit. I wonder if that tissue will move back, or could move towards my chest since my boobs aren't being squished by an ill fitting bra anymore. I have a very prominent ToS and tall roots. I do hope that it can somehow shift, as swelling in the armpit is really uncomfortable (not to mention unattractive - makes me feel unattractive).

Yeah! I switched out of 34a & b bras about 5-6 months ago into better fitting bras and my breasts changed quickly too but they also keep changing! My breasts became more centered and projected a couple months after switching bra sizes. I think my breasts are actually narrow but they seem wide as there is still some breast tissue under my arms esp. When wearing shallow bras. I just got some more narrow and projected bras so hopefully that will get them more on my chest rather than under my arms. All that to say...it is a process. All the best!
Same with me.
That annoying H&M and C&A shops only have 75 to 85 a to c cups and I wore a 75B for my whole life.
Now I have a good shape only because of the right bras.
